Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AgentReady (agentready.it.com), you agree to these terms. If you are using AgentReady on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

AgentReady crawls and indexes public websites you submit, generates llms.txt and capability manifests, and provides cited-answer endpoints and MCP tools for AI agents. You must only submit URLs to websites you own or have permission to index.

3. Permitted use

You may use AgentReady to:

• Make your own website or documentation agent-readable
• Query indexed sites via the MCP endpoint or REST API
• Integrate AgentReady into your own products via the public API

You may not use AgentReady to index websites without permission, circumvent rate limits, scrape competitor data at scale, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly by Dodo Payments. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain all rights to content on sites you submit. By submitting a URL, you grant AgentReady a limited license to crawl, index, and serve answers from that content as part of the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Limitation of liability

AgentReady is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
