What we collect
When you use AgentReady, we collect:
- Account information: email address and authentication details (via Supabase Auth)
- Site data: URLs and public content you ask us to index
- Agent query logs: questions asked by AI agents to your indexed sites, plus response metadata
- Usage analytics: page views and feature interactions (via PostHog)
- Billing information: handled entirely by Dodo Payments; we never store payment card details
How we use your data
- To deliver the AgentReady service: crawl, index, and answer questions about your site
- To show you analytics about agent queries on your site
- To send transactional emails (account creation, billing receipts, regression alerts)
- To improve answer quality using aggregate, anonymized query feedback
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models without explicit consent.
Data storage and retention
- Site content is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL + pgvector) in the US region
- Agent query logs are retained for 7 days (Free), 30 days (Pro), or 90 days (Team)
- You can delete your sites and account data at any time from the dashboard
Third-party services
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Anthropic — answer generation (claude-sonnet-4-6)
- OpenAI — embeddings (text-embedding-3-small)
- Dodo Payments — billing and subscription management
- PostHog — product analytics (anonymized)
- Vercel — hosting and edge functions
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
